Recruitment Process

We always ensure that all applications are dealt with in a fair and respectful way at each stage of the recruitment process. It’s a two-way conversation: not only are we keen to get to know you, but it’s also your opportunity to find out more about us.

Our recruitment process consists of four stages:

Stage 1 – Applying for a job 

The first stage is to search for a suitable vacancy and apply online. Once you’ve found a position, you should then click on the ‘Apply’ button to complete the online application form.

Stage 2 – Application Screening

Your application will be reviewed by the relevant team.

Stage 3 – Selection Process

You’ll be invited to the next stage of the selection process. We use a variety of selection methods and there are a number of stages dependent on the role. Stages may include completing online tests, completing a Video Interview or a Telephone Interview and attending face to face interviews or Assessment Days.

Stage 4 – The Final Stage

We will aim to notify you as soon as possible after each stage whether you’ve been successful or not.

Video Interviews

You may be invited to complete a video interview. Video interviews are a brilliant opportunity to demonstrate your own personality and tell us why you are suitable for the role. All you need is access for 15-20 minutes to either a webcam on a computer, laptop or a tablet/smart phone. You can complete the video at a time that suits you and best of all there’s loads of help from us before you start.

So you can get prepared, we will provide you with the questions we want you to answer in advance. You can also re-record your answers as many times as you like, so no need to worry about fluffing your lines and you get to do a practice question as well.

If you need to complete a video interview you will be notified by email and provided with all the instructions.
